Impulse Bouquet

probuket

The "Impulse" bouquet is five large proteas arranged into an expressive composition. The protea draws attention with its unusual flower head shape: a dense core of many small petals is surrounded by stiff, pointed outer leaves that form a distinctive star-shaped cup. The thick stems and leathery leaves give the bouquet a graphic, architectural quality, while the naturally restrained hues make it suitable for interiors in calm tones.

This bouquet is chosen by lovers of rare plants and minimalist design. It works for a birthday or anniversary — as a standalone gift that needs no additions. The protea looks equally good in a single vase or surrounded by greenery, and its texture is best revealed in side light.

To help cut flowers keep their shape longer, trim the stems at a sharp angle and change the water every two days, rinsing the vase. Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and drafts.
