Jasmine Sambac

probuket

Jasmine Sambac is an elegant houseplant with flexible shoots and glossy oval leaves of a rich green color. During flowering, the bush becomes covered with snow-white star-shaped buds that open into delicate double or single flowers with a subtle sweet fragrance. The branches droop slightly, so the plant looks beautiful in a hanging planter or on a stand.

Place the pot on a bright windowsill with diffused light — direct sunlight at noon can cause burns on the leaves. Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out, using settled water at room temperature. In winter, reduce watering, and in summer the plant responds gratefully to misting and fresh air without drafts.

Such jasmine will become an expressive accent in a home greenhouse and is suitable as a gift for a housewarming or birthday for a loved one who is passionate about plants.
