Braided Pachira d18 h80 — a striking indoor tree with the characteristic thickening at the base of the trunk, commonly known as the "bottle" tree. Several flexible stems are interwoven into a neat braid, and on top unfolds a lush crown of glossy palmate leaves in rich green. Such a plant will become an expressive accent in the interior and will appeal to those who appreciate unusual shapes and calm tropical aesthetics.

It is best to place the pachira in a bright spot without direct sunlight — a windowsill with diffused light or a corner of the room near a window will do. Water moderately, allowing the top layer of soil to dry out: the moisture reserve in the thickened trunk allows the plant to tolerate short-term drought more easily than overwatering. In winter, reduce watering, and periodically wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust.

The tree is suitable as a gift for a housewarming or to celebrate the opening of a new office — it looks good both in a living room and in a work study.
