Simple steps will help keep your bouquet fresh in the vase longer. Cut the stems under running water: this prevents air from entering the stem. Change the water in the vase every two days, after rinsing it and adding a fresh portion of room-temperature water. Remove any leaves that end up in the water: they rot quickly and spoil the water. Choose a spot for the vase away from drafts, heating appliances, and direct sunlight. Hydrangeas like humid air, so it's good to mist them occasionally. Roses dislike sudden temperature changes, so don't place them near fruits that release ethylene. Before leaving, ask loved ones to look after the flowers or move the vase to a cooler place. By following these tips, the bouquet will stay fresh for a long time.

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
