How delivery works in Thailand

We assemble and deliver bouquets within the city specified on the website. In Thailand, it works like this: a florist takes the order, arranges the composition, and hands it to the recipient right here. We don't transport bouquets from city to city — only within Thailand, to where the recipient is.

Before the bouquet is dispatched, it is photographed. You see in advance what the bouquet looks like, and you send the recipient exactly what you chose. You receive the photo before the courier takes the bouquet to the recipient.

The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time.

You can have the bouquet delivered anonymously. With an anonymous order, the recipient won't guess who sent the flowers. And a free card adds a few warm words to the flowers — we'll include it with your order.

When the recipient isn't there

Sometimes the courier arrives and no one opens the door. We don't leave immediately. We wait fifteen minutes, then call you as the sender. With the sender's consent, the flowers are left with the front desk or at a nearby shop. That way the flowers won't go missing or wait in the car.

If a repeat delivery is needed, it is paid for again, and the order amount is not refunded. So it's best to decide in advance who will meet the courier and provide the recipient's current phone number.
