Flower delivery in Istanbul: what you need to know

First, the bouquet is photographed, and only then does it set off. Delivery can be anonymous, and we add a card to the bouquet for free. The courier delivers the bouquet to the address of the recipient at the chosen time. If the recipient doesn't meet the courier, the courier will wait for them for fifteen minutes, then call the sender. The sender can allow leaving the composition at the reception desk or in a nearby shop.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
